As true lovers of the Rhone Valley, we try to honor the motherland in our winemaking styles. Our 2018 Viognier is a New World ode to the Condrieu native. Melon and honeydew are the immediate and bright aromatic impressions followed by a nose of lemon zest and lilac. The palate holds flavors of white peach and washed Manchego rind, complimented by a blast of oceanic minerality that lasts minutes after your sip. This refreshing Viognier ages in 100% stainless steel for 6 months.
