Each limited annual release of the Macallan Classic Cut is the work of a different Whisky Maker. For the 2019 edition, Polly Logan of the whisky mastery team created a truly indulgent single malt using only sherry seasoned oak casks handpicked for their extraordinary character and bottled at a strength of 52.9% ABV for maximum flavor. With a rich character of sweet ginger, orange zest and vanilla, a creamy mouthfeel and a sumptuous finish, this is a superb bottle to savor now or to add to a prestigious collection for later.
