Made from a select percentage of juice from the first pressing, La Cuvee offers more chardonnay and an additional year of aging than our previous Brut NV, and expresses the freshness and elegance of our house style. La Cuvee is Premier Cru, aged for 4 years, with 9g/L dosage. The blend is 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier and a rating from James Suckling of 93 points.
