100% Barrel fermentation (30% new oak barrels / 70% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 12 months in barrel and 4 months in tank.

Tasting Note : The soul of the Chartron family is entwined with that of the village of Puligny and its fabulous vineyards. Pale green with a great purity precedes a direct flavor of white fruits to the finish, crystal clear salinity. One can appreciate today or over the coming years.
